Your journal doesn't need to contain beautiful insights every time you open it. Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is give yourself enough space to hear the thought that has been waiting underneath all the noise.

Save these prompts for the next time your mind goes blank.

One of my favourite parts of being a burnout coach is watching what happens when something that has felt complicated for a long time suddenly becomes a little simpler.

It's so incredibly rewarding sitting with a client, listening to what is actually going on underneath the overwhelm, and finding one small shift that can make all the difference!

That is a big part of what good coaching offers. You don’t need someone else to give you a life manual. You need someone who can help you step out of the noise, see what you’ve been missing, and find a place to begin.

That is the work I love. Helping women understand what is happening for them, make sense of their patterns, and find ways forward that actually feel possible in the life they are living.

I currently have one coaching space available.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re holding a lot together while quietly wondering how much longer you can keep doing it this way, this could be a good time to explore what support might look like for you.

Yes these skill sets have proved useful in the past. But I've since learned that we tend to think in extremes. Either we’re disciplined or we’re making excuses; we’re strong or we’re weak; we’re coping or we’re failing.

Could I force myself through another perfect plan? Probably. I’ve done it before.

But experience has taught me that just because I can force my way through something doesn’t mean it’s the wisest or most sustainable path.

Sustainable change has never come from punishing myself into action. It has come from choosing support that matches the capacity I have today.

Perhaps that’s the invitation for all of us.

To stop measuring ourselves against someone else’s path. To stop assuming there is only one acceptable way forward. And instead, to choose the support that allows us to keep moving, even if it looks different from what someone else would choose.

Because maybe the bravest thing we can do isn’t trying harder.

Maybe it’s trusting ourselves enough to choose the support we genuinely need.

There’s quite a lot happening behind the scenes at the moment. A lot of plates in the air! And maybe the reminder I’m taking from this season is that you don’t have to wait until everything is finished to appreciate the life you’re living.

You know you need a boundary, but you’re not even sure where.

For many women I work with, the hardest part of boundaries isn’t knowing how to say no. It’s recognizing the moments in their lives where a boundary is actually needed.

When you’re used to putting everyone else’s needs into the equation first, your own needs can become surprisingly difficult to hear.

And that’s often where we need to start.

Where in your life are you repeatedly feeling resentful, obligated, guilty or like you’re inconveniencing someone by having a need?

That might be telling you something.
