Being an athlete my self, means that I have made the studio's formally functional and everyone committed to achieving excellence in fitness training using the the RAW FIRE-ZONE method. RAW FIRE-ZONE programming however, is specialized by introducing periodisation, progression and a greater variety in conditioning programming to meet the advanced goals of its clients. RAW FIREZONE is an advanced functional strength and conditioning program built on movements based on body mechanics that vary constantly and executed at high intensity. These functional and often sports specific free flow movements are timed, tallied and recorded, and also programmed in an away to allow progression, development in a specific sport and optimal performance. Results speak for them selves. Put simply, RAW FIREZONE fitness is an exercise plan that conditions you for whatever way you live your life. The short in-tensed workouts are a combination of varying factors, together with incorporated elements of gymnastic like movements, olympic weightlifting, rowing, track, bodyweight calisthenics and circuit training, anti-gravity, suspension set up and stability type equipment. I believe that the exercise needs of elite athletes and weekend warriors differ by degree and not the type of training. Therefore, the scale of difficulty is adjusted in the load and intensity, as well as resistance, I don’t believe in changing the programs.
