Thank you Ricardo Koopman for bringing your wealth of knowledge and fitness expertise to our netball team, we're grateful for the opportunity to work with such an experienced and dedicated instructor. It is already making a positive impact on our girls, and we're so happy and excited to continue these sessions!

We all had a ball of fun!

The positive feedback from parents affirms the value of these sessions, and we look forward to more sessions with him.

Due the gang violence currently happening and the safety concerns in Lavenderhill, we regret to inform our Hout Bay community that the friendly match between Hout Bay Dreams and Lavenderhill has been POSTPONED until further notice.

In light of this, we're turning adversity into n opportunity! 🌟 Join us for a FUN DAY at Salamander Park as our Hout Bay Dreams team battles it out against each other. Happening right now.

We are selling yummy snacks to raise funds for our club.

The club is also OPEN to everyone interested in learning more about our mission and our amazing team. Come for the netball, stay for the fun! We look forward to a fantastic day of fun, unity, and fundraising. See you there! 💪💙
