You can tell exactly what someone is made of by how they approach leg day.

It’s never comfortable. It’s rarely pretty. But the absolute foundation of high performance is always forged right at the exact moment most people decide to rack the weight and quit.

When you’re at the bottom of a heavy lift and gravity is demanding that you stay down, physical strength becomes secondary. What actually drives you back up is the architecture of your mindset. Every grueling rep is a direct, undeniable investment in the long game—building the kind of enduring grit and physical longevity that simply doesn't happen by accident.

Perseverance isn’t a trait you’re born with; it’s a muscle you have to tear down and systematically rebuild. If you want a chassis that lasts, you have to be willing to consistently put it under the iron.

Embrace the resistance. ⚡️

A third of the way today. Habits compound over time. A small habit started today can have a huge effect on your life in five years' time because you have changed the trajectory of your journey. Every journey is a constant course of course corrections. But if you have the end in mind, keep making those little corrections. Don't lose your true north and keep trucking. Here's to the next hundred days!

Train hard, eat smart. Strength comes from consistent work in the gym — but building a stronger body needs the right fuel. Aim for about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight to support muscle growth and recovery. Transformations take time, so be patient and persistent. I’ll start posting weekly results snapshots every Sunday to keep you motivated and accountable. Let’s get stronger together. 🔥💪

Fridays hit a little differently. You've been slogging all week and now there is a promise of some respite. But here's the thing: the more respect you lean into, the further away you move from your magnificent obsessions. Wanting a balanced life is like saying, "I want a little bit of everything" and that's totally cool. But if you have a little bit of everything, you don't get a lot of one thing. It's up to you where you put your energy. - To me this is my personal default: I try to set myself as boring a routine as possible and just execute that on autopilot every day, which frees up my head space to climb into my work. Oh yes and veins on arms are always appreciated, so build those guns. Happy Friday y'all! you

Day 47 in a row - When the world around you is losing its s**t, find your true north and keep showing up for yourself. remember that misery loves company and others who are struggling love to discuss how s**t things are at the moment that's not on you. Just keep showing up for yourself, plugging your reps, and if you do that for long enough, something's got to give. It's the law of the universe.

Read this if you’re tempted to quit 👇

The results you want live on the other side of hundreds of days nobody claps for.
No PR. No six‑pack. No sold‑out launch. Just you, choosing to show up again.

That extra session.
That one more sales call.
That one more walk instead of the couch.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s compounding.
Future you is built in the days you don’t see progress and keep going anyway.

If you’re in that quiet season right now, drop a “I’m still showing up” in the comments so I know you’re with me.

Happy Monday peeps! How did you show up for the first of these seven days? What are you going to do that is something out of the norm that will move you forward disproportionately? Is there something brave and audacious that you can do today? I challenge you to pick something scary, something that you've been avoiding, and just go ahead and do it. You may surprise yourself. Stay hard.

Saturday morning workout... tried something different. Four sets per movement 50reps, 40reps, 30reps, and 20reps... whatever muscle group you training is gonna hurt like there's no tomorrow. Do your reps while everyone else is eating croissants, and drinking cappuccinos.
