1. Log in to the latest version of the Discovery app, go to Vitality Fitness and search for us by name.
2. Book a class at TYC and pay with your available free workouts, Vitality Pay or Ðiscovery Miles.
3. Check in and check out as prompted when you come and go and earn 100 Vitality points a day for when you exercise for 30+ minutes.
