LIFESPIRIT VOLUME 16/10/2019
SOUL PORTRAIT

As for readings recently, that is as at August 2019, it has been quite a busy time.
But one reading that did not sit well with me was for a young woman going through a divorce.
It was a sad tale of patriarchal dominance, bipolar brother, who ruled her and her parents’ lives.
Also this lady was deeply spiritual, and her Catholic family condemned her for it, and railed against her and her spiritual beliefs at every opportunity.
She is in fact extremely psychic and I encouraged her to persist in her spiritual beliefs whenever and however possible.
I do hope she will persevere in her life’s spiritual path.

She is also the first client I read the Runes for. They are amazingly accurate.
This coming week I will be attending a talk on Thelahealing – should be interesting – will discuss later here –
Another little snippet – I am co-ordinating with a friend to make crystal pendants. She is very creative and loves to be involved in anything in which she can express her artistic skills.
I will be including these when I do Tarot Readings at Shanthi Sanctuary on October 20.
Love always wins,

Kindness always prevails.

And smiles always disarm.

Touché,
The Universe

ThetaHealing (Theta Healing) is a process of meditation[1][2] that was developed in 1995 by Vianna Stibal and teaches people to develop natural intuition through changing their brain wave cycle to the more relaxed theta waves for the intention of exploring how emotional energy affects a persons health.[3][4]
Process[edit]
ThetaHealing is usually administered in the form of individual sessions in which the practitioner certified in the technique sits directly opposite the person, and initially attends to the person by listening, using intuitive senses such as empathy and probing questions. They may conduct a session long-distance through telephone or over the internet via we**am and voice.[5][6] The ThetaHealing technique is based on the theory that the beliefs in a person's conscious and unconscious mind directly impact their emotional well-being, which may impact their physical health. The practitioner uses a method of meditation which tunes into a persons energy with the aim to improve their general well-being and health by freeing, as Vianna Stibal states, negative experiences, blocking thought patterns

or genetically inherited patterns to create positive emotional wellbeing.[7][8][2][2][9] The ThetaHealing technique is always taught to be used in conjunction with conventional medicine.
Training
A distinction is made between different consecutive ThetaHealing training levels, from the Basic DNA, Advanced DNA and Dig Deeper practitioners, which provides the foundation to use the technique as a practitioner,[10][11] to other courses such as Intuitive Anatomy, World Relations and Growing your Relationships 1-4. Instructors of the ThetaHealing technique can choose to complete the Masters[12] and Certificate of Science.[13]
Philosophy[edit]
ThetaHealing's philosophy is what Vianna Stibal calls "the seven planes of existence". According to her, these levels of existence build a framework to show the importance of the "Creator of all that is” (whose upper level is also described as the "Place of perfect love"). In addition, practitioners and instructors of the technique are open to everyone, regardless of the person's origin or religion.[14]
Most interesting talk today (14 September) by this young lady and a practical demonstration of how Thetahealing works.
She is very well informed and tutored in her field of interest. And an articulate and entertaining speaker.
The meditation helped meconsiderably as I did have some issues I was in need of dealing with.

MEDITATION
I experienced a very interesting session of meditation run by Deepak Chopra.
It is a 21-day course where an exercise is done each day and Deepak takes you through a process of mediation.
I found it extremely helpful and also relaxing and therapeutic.

Hi there - Janet McGhee and myself are hosting a Memory Board workshop at Shanthi Sanctuary on 15 June 2019 - these are boards not unlike Vision Boards where you paste images that you are drawn to - this is a similar process, but instead you gather together pictures of what a passed loved one meant to you . Or what reminds you fondly of them. It is nostalgic certainly but also, if the loss is still felt keenly, I do believe these pictorial boards will assist in lessening the pain felt for a departed loved one. It is also therapeutic as there is no pressure to produce, just your own interpretaiton of yuour inner feelings. This will be held at Shanthi Sanctuary, 2 Eddy Avenue, Bedfordview, Jhburg R400,00pp tea and coffee supplied. Secure parking. Please contact Wendy at Shanthi. Booking essential as this is a popular workshop.
