This vintage promises a sophisticated balance of vibrant acidity, fresh citrus, and subtle oak, delivering an elegant expression of the unique Ceres Plateau terroir.

Grown at an altitude of 960 meters on the Witzenberg Mountain range in Ceres, this vineyard benefits from South Africa’s only true continental climate. The dramatic contrasts between cool nights and warm days ensure a slower ripening process, producing wines with exceptional concentration and character—hallmarks of this remarkable Chardonnay.
