I am looking for a suitable candidate to fill the afternoon receptionist position at the gym as from 1st August 2019. If you know of a suitable candidate please let them know to apply. Please send CV’s to [email protected]. Applications for the role close on the 9th of August.
The candidates must have a friendly personality, live locally within the Hoedspruit area and have their own transport to get to and from work, be computer literate and have relevant experience.
Remember you work from 13h00 until 19h45 during the week so be sure you can make the commitment before applying and ensure it does not negatively impact your family life. Consistent job attendance is critical, you must be fit and healthy.
Basic job description Hoedspruit Wildlife Gym Receptionist (afternoon shift)
Shift hours are Monday to Thursday from 13h00 until 19h45 gate closes 19h00
Fridays from 13h00 until 19h00 gate closes 18h00
Every second Saturday from 07h00 until 11h00 gate closes at 10h30
Monitor and manage memberships, control gym access on the system and process gym membership payments.
Ensure members follow the gym rules and ensure all equipment and facilities are in clean working order (there are permeant cleaners on site)

Please note that going forward the generator will only be operational for load shedding during peak training times 05h00 - 09h30 in the morning and 16h30 to 19h30 in the evening. The gym will however still be open during non-peak time hours when load shedding is on.
