The studio is officially closed.
Thank you to all of you for your continuing support and enduring the torture that you amazingly come back for week after week. I appreciate every one of you.

May you have a fulfilled Christmas and new year and if you overindulge then we'll spice it up even more in 2025.

Love and happiness to you all..... my training gear is being hung up for 10 days.
