Five remarkable women. One historic moment. 🥋

At the 2026 ITFSA National Championships in Alberton, these phenomenal women stepped onto the mat as a Veteran Novice Colour Belt Team, and made history.

Despite life’s challenges and every obstacle along the way, they showed courage, resilience and determination, representing themselves, their families, their club and their organisation with immense pride.

It was an absolute privilege to witness this historic moment. We commend you for an incredible performance and for proving that it is never too late to step forward, take on the challenge and make history.

We hosting the Plunge on Nelson Mandela day..

Kicking off the day with a 6.7km walk to get the blood pumping..

Then we Challenging you to join in to reach over 67 people in the lake for 67 seconds!
We going to have a giant 67 in the lake to hold onto to get a arial photo of you in the lake 💪

All proceeds to the Galaxy Childrens Home..

No entrance fee..
Min R67 donation for partipants..
