Women Hooked on Outdoor Adventure W.H.O.A is essentially an organization that brings women of all abilities together to share adventures and gain new insights and experiences outdoors.

Our hands-on workshops and programs encourage a supportive environment conducive to learning, making friends and having fun whilst surrounded by natural beauty and experiencing life-infusing pleasures of the outdoors. We put together 1-3 days events which include fly-fishing, hiking, backpacking, mountain climbing, abseiling, river-rafting, horseback riding, RAPP jumping, rock climbing, kayaking,

climbing wall, survival skills, wildlife habitat, target shooting, ski and snowboarding, birding, wildlife photography and life coaching. No previous experience is required and W.H.O.A. is for women of all fitness levels.
