The Swiss Ball Seated Side Bend lengthens the sides of your body while keeping your core engaged for stability, posture, and mobility. The ball adds an extra balance challenge, keeping your abs activated even as you release tension

How to do it:
1️⃣ Sit tall on the swiss ball, feet flat, knees bent at 90 degrees.
2️⃣ Place one hand on your hip or thigh for support.
