Skywings Paragliding Cape Town Introductory tandem flights and paragliding courses in Cape Town🪂 Skywings is a paragliding company based in Cape town, South Africa and Oludeniz, Turkey.

Both locations offer spectacular flying but each flight depends on the weather conditions and each flight duration varies, but it is our promise that you will be flying longer than any other company and you will be flying with brand new equipment. All of our tandem paragliding Flight Instructors are qualified by SAHPA and THK. We are all highly experienced so you can relax knowing you are in safe

hands. You do not need to have any experience at all to come tandem paragliding with us, we have done thousands of tandem paragliding flights. Anyone can do tandem paragliding as young as 7 years of age or as old as 87. We also have experience flying disabled individuals. Come and experience the joy of a tandem paragliding flight.

While many know our pilots for sharing the joy of flight through tandem experiences, their passion for the sky extends far beyond that.
Last week, our pilots headed to Barberton to compete in the Barberton Paragliding Open 2026, one of South Africa’s premier cross-country paragliding competitions. For seven days, they chased thermals, navigated challenging routes, and covered vast distances across the stunning landscapes of Mpumalanga.
Cross-country competitions test every aspect of a pilot’s ability, from reading the weather and making split-second decisions to endurance, strategy, and precision. It’s where skills are sharpened, limits are pushed, and experience is earned.
We’re proud of our pilots for taking on the challenge, embracing the adventure, and continuing to grow in the sport they love. Every competition, every kilometre flown, and every lesson learned helps make them even better pilots.
The sky is their playground, and the adventure never stops. 🪂✨
