•Toast
•Avocado

🥪Pre-workout
•Peanut butter on toast
•Fruit

🫘Post-workout/ Lunch
•Mince
•Rice

🍓Protein shake
•Milk
•Yogurt
•Almonds
•Frozen berries
•Protein powder
•Bananas

🍝Supper
•Ham/bacon
•Pasta

🥣Snacks / treats
•Muesli + yogurt
or
•Cereal
or
•French Toast

Nothing special. A lot of protein. A lot of carbs. And probably too much dairy😅.

I don't count my calories because I don't need to.

I don't recommend copying my diet. You can certainly take inspiration from it if you struggle with gaining weight.

How can I eat so much and stay lean?

I'm very tall. I have a fast metabolism. I can eat quite a lot without gaining weight.
