The BEST start to the week! 🤩

Our Intermediate and Senior Squad swimmers joined forces for a power-packed 54 x 25m birthday set — plenty of hard work and lots of happy faces! 💪🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

And of course we finished it off with a birthday braai and cake! 🌭🍰🔥

Jumping into the week after a very successful 2-day QM Meet! 🤩🏊‍♀️

12 swimmers. 22 PBs. And, most importantly, LOTS of happy faces! ❤️

It’s taken us 5 years to rebuild our team to where it is today, and this weekend was a true testament to the hard work, commitment and belief that has gone into building something special. 💪🏼

So proud of our team and how far we’ve come! 🦈

One of my favourite drills for fly & breast! 🦋🐸

Working on undulation • rhythm • timing • feel for the water

➡️ 4 x 50m
➡️ Alternate breast/fly pull
➡️ Fins optional but help with smooth, flowing rhythm and feeling the undulation rather than forcing it.

Simple drill. BIG difference. 🔥
