THE BEARD HAS FALLEN 🍻 🍻 🍻

You’ve got to respect promises that are kept! For 12 years Wade Mayes has said that if Manleys ever win Pineapple Tournament he would shave his beard off!

Well on Saturday, (and credit must go to Dagan Wiblin for being so confident that we would win that he packed some clippers) after the win, the team all gathered in “The Tent” and in front of everyone, Wade gave Kerry Barrow the honors of shaving off his prized beard, partly due to the fact that he worried Craig Fourie would slit his throat after downing champagne but mostly because Kerry & Grant Barrow have been such a huge part of Wades Pineapple Tournament and Manleys years!

Well done Wade, on your fantastic contributions to the win, and for sticking to your promise
