HOW TO CHECK YOUR JUMP ROPE SIZE.

Step on the rope with one foot, bring your feet together, and pull the rope tight. Bring the handles together and point the top towards your chest. The rope must come up around your armpit area or the ni**le area.

How long should you jump rope every day to lose weight?

The answer is 30 minutes a day 5-6 times a week.
If you are a beginner do not jump rope for 30 minutes 5-6 times a day, to avoid injury. Start off with 5 minutes every other day. Do 2-3weeks of that then up it to 10 minutes and so on. Then 15-20 minutes every other day. Then as you get comfortable 20-30 minutes.

Tips to achieving your fitness goals.
1. You need to get specific with your 2020 fitness goals.
2. Make a planner to keep you organized.
3. Break down your nutrition.
4. Envision what you are able to do physically and mentally when you are healthier or how working out will impact your life.
5. Set the bar low at first. You don't want to push too hard and give up. Start small then increase as you go.Maybe at first you simply workout each weekday for ten minutes. Or even just five minutes! You will start to feel confident in your routine.

The first thing to consider when buying a jump rope is what results you're after. If it's increased endurance, go for a speed rope. If you want to build strength and lose weight use a weighted jump rope. Weighted ropes tend to be the bigger calorie burner. Cheap rope make it difficult to improve your form on.
