Fit Quest fitness The aim is to have fun while working out and not competing with OTHERS but rather challenging oneself to improve.

a fun orientated fitness club for all ages,shapes and sizes,to get together twice a week for fitness and overall body conditioning at Bottanics Sport grounds in the main hall. Remember you don't have to be fit to start, just take the first step.
