Friends, Acquaintances & loved ones of the Book ...

I'm reaching out as I'm exploring all my options. I've recently relocated to Hout Bay and I'm free to take on new business.

I'm qualified in Pilates and have been a fitness instructor for 14 years. My services include strength training & pilates but the sessions are focused on the inviduals needs. Therefore, i use more than one fitness modality.

I do virtual live video training sessions, as well as one-on-one and group training.

I want to say a massive thank you to the best Pilates Master trainer Katya Kinski for guiding me on my journey to becoming a qualified pilates mat work instructor. Thank you for pushing me and always being available to answer my questions and assist me. Not to mention your patience with my learning challenges and fears. Your passion to teach and help your students really shows. I had a tough year but you helped me get through it regardless. I appreciate that so much. My biggest and some really painful lessons of 2023.

Understand your worth. Or you will always allow people to affect your ability to feel worthy, overstep your boundaries and hurt you with their conditioned perceptions and expectations. Also, feeling worthy creates gratitude towards the worth of others and mutual acceptance.

Protect your privacy, and your energy. Not everyone will handle these the way you do.

Sacrifice and discipline don't affect your freedom, they allow you to be free when it's in alignment with what serves your highest good.

Facing my shadow has humbled me and freed me from the desperate need to be perfect (who's definition of perfect?)

Surround yourself with people that are safe, honest, accepting and kind. Sh*tty people aren't your challenge to be better and practice more patience or whatever blah blah blah. They just aren't your people.

Without time to live and time to reflect, we create a life that we need relief from. Pain is inevitable? Suffering is optional. I choose peace over proving my worth by over-exercising, eating too little and working too hard to serve a lifestyle that requires over-achieving and money for things that actually don't matter.

I do this everyday, it mobilizes my hips and relieves my lower back pain.

Constant movement is so important. Find these kinds of movements/poses that make your body feel good. Do them daily.
