See Yourself as a Chrysalis
Peace of heart and mind is essential at this time. Be not concerned because you feel strange; many changes are taking place in the cell structure just now and you are bound to experience strange sensations. Accept this as part of the plan and go with all that is happening.

See yourself as a chrysalis in a cocoon going through this process of change, not really knowing what is happening but being aware of the strangest sensations which you could not stop even if you wanted to. Eventually you will appear as a beautiful butterfly after many strange experiences. Be at peace through it all. Accept it all with a full and grateful heart. All is very well.
