Markets:
Soccer as a sport market in South Africa is not really exploited. It is a market that has been concentrated on business ideals that suited a certain segment and has failed previously disadvantaged communities. We aim to change the landscape in marketing our club as we enter into a market that is saturated but lack better service delivery. We aim to learn at the same time be innovative and be conscious of our stake-holders and competitors. Conscious developments through workshops will propel us to be up to date with all the latest developments in the soccer fraternity. Proper research, analysis and maintaining a high level of club professionalism will bring sustainability. Competition:
We are in a market that already has its challenges with competitors all around. We do not shy away from challenges but a high level of professionalism will propel our initiative and grow a triumphant club. Vigorous advertising will market our club to the target market in South Africa. Promotions:
Promotions and marketing will be channelled throughout communities in Limpopo Province. Vigorous advertising will enhance marketing of the club. A website will be launched in due cause that will give a detailed and more explicit view of the club. Publicity strategy will be developed using print and broadcast media to enhance the club’s marketability and sustainability.
