Grant, Sigi, and Adrian took on the last EGPSA League match, each tackling the stage with their own game plan. 🔥

While most competitors chose one route, Sigi decided to keep things interesting and took the road less travelled. Did it cost her a few seconds on the clock? Maybe. Did it make for an exciting stage plan and valuable learning experience? Absolutely!

Working on movement means more than just getting from point A to point B - it’s about target focus, foot placement, balance, and control under pressure. Knowing exactly where your feet are going while keeping your eyes on target is a critical skill for both EDC and competition training.

Fast is good. Smooth is better. Controlled is everything.
