Every fortnight I share a free paddle session — not just to give you a workout, but to give you training you can trust.
With over 20 years of competing and coaching at world level, one thing I learnt early was this: your programme needs to come from people with proven success behind them. Anyone can tell you how to train, but not everyone has the results, experience or understanding to back it. When I was building myself as an athlete, I made sure my training came from coaches who had walked the path, achieved the results and understood what actually works.
I’m not saying this to boast. I’m saying it because it matters. The right training source shapes your progress, your confidence and your long‑term development. After 25 years of world titles, podiums and coaching paddlers at every level, I know what works — and I want to pass that on.
