Let’s be real!! January hits hard!! & Now????
We start the year thinking we need to do all kinds of new years new goals things - like 5000 of them… okay, maybe I’m exaggerating… it’s more like 50 right? Big goals, big dreams, big plans, all in aid of aiming for that next level up. Personally I don’t believe there is ever that final level. I guess it’s human to want more, to be more, to do better, live better?
I suppose that if we focused on just 5 of the 50 a day? Five small, intentional actions to move forward towards that level up during the week, then on weekends, switch it up with five different ones that are a little more food for the soul, it could make the journey feel lighter, more joyful, and actually doable to be honest.
We are all juggling a lot. Working woman, Mom, problem solver, friend, the go to and glue keeping it all together.
