I predicted your win against England and I have predicted your win over New Zealand today. You will be the World Champions once again. GO BOKKE SOUTH AFRICA IS RIGHT BEHIND YOU. Today I have put some memories of our Trip to Japan in March/ April 2023 for everyone to enjoy beautiful Japan. Martine and I had the most wonderful trip. Total beauty, Japan is very special and close to my heart. My trip was a 3 week Karate training at our KWF HQ in Tokyo. I am truly grateful for everything we do and share together. Thank you , Thank you Thank you.

I have just returned from 3 weeks training at KWF KARATENOMICHI HOMBU.
It was such an honour to train in the classes taken by Hombu Top Instructors Otsuka and Ishigura Sensei's . Yahara Sensei was present most of the time watching and interacting with the classes. He is surely a true Master of Budo Karate.
Thank you KWF HQ for everything that I learnt and enjoyed I will be back soon Oss Gambate.

Alan Lambrechs Martia Arts Academy. A Champion in the making. My Stage 5 student Chris G doing strength and conditioning push-ups demonstration throughout Kihon Kata 1 between each move. Such dedication and commitment since he started at 3 years old. World Class in the making he won a Silver Medal this year at the KWF National children's Championships for Kata Oss Chris G.
