PSA: POPI ACT
The compliance due date for the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”), is the 30th June 2021.
This deadline brings a few requirements on our part.
One of these requirements is that the administrators of FB pages and groups will be required to obtain your consent for being part of this Facebook group.
