17 September 2026, from 09:00 to 15:00, at Harry Gwalla Informal Settlement (Spoornet), and access essential services, including health screenings, HIV and TB testing, vaccinations, chronic medication support, oral health services, Pap smear and PSA screening, Lenacapavir administration and more.

MEC for Health and Wellness, , is now at Jabulani Dumane CHC in Ekurhuleni, to hand over Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). The machine is a life-saving devices that provides step-by-step guidance to healthcare users during cardiac emergencies and can help restore a normal heart rhythm.

The AEDs were donated by Comen Medical to support emergency care and strengthen healthcare services in Gauteng.

The staff at the facility has been trained and is ready to use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision has important health benefits, including reducing the risk of HIV infection and certain sexually transmitted infections, and promoting better long-term health outcomes for men and boys.

MEC for Health and Wellness, Faith Mazibuko , has now moved to Esangweni CHC in Ekurhuleni as she continues to hand over Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). The machine is a life-saving devices that provides step-by-step guidance to healthcare users during cardiac emergencies and can help restore a normal heart rhythm.

This additional critical medical equipment will be strengthening the 24-hour facility’s ability to provide an immediate, potentially life-saving intervention to many patients during cardiac arrest, particularly where access to advanced hospital care may be delayed.

The critical medical equipment has been donated by Comen Medical as part of its continued commitment to supporting healthcare development and strengthening emergency care in Gauteng.
