Training camp for 2016 Western Cape done and dusted. Now for the gold , silver and bronze medals to roll in. Keep fit, focussed, and healthy for the different tournaments. So proud of the teams and know they will give their best. Good luck players and coaches!!!

Opening day 2 at Inter Regional Tournament at Langenhoven in Riversdale.....a super tournament. The excitement to start and vibe is awesome...thanx to our hosts SWD and support from parents.....all accommodation fully booked for weekend!!!

Regional u.11 to u.19 teams preparing for the Western Cape Inter Regional Tournament that will take place on 7/8August in Riversdal. Good luck to all the players and safe travelling. Looking forward to welcoming all 486 players and 162 officials. Thank you SWD out hosts!!!
