February 16th feels like a historical day, we're starting to dismantle the ramps to move them to the new park in Port Alfred with TopGromSA Shaka Surf School and Nemato Change A Life. We know they're going to create a great space for the people to skate there and we're happy that the Skatelab community will always have a skate home. 12 days left till we officially close our doors, we have a bit of stock left, few boards, shoes etc. with -40% discount, come by and get your last pieces. Thanks George Herald. We look forward to seeing everyone on the 24th of February for the whole day Farewell, 09:00 - 18:00. Thank you to everyone who ever supported us, without you all, Skatelab wouldn't exist.

It will be the end of an era when Skatelab closes its doors at the end of February. Owner Joseph Miller told the George Herald, "I am turning 60 soon, and for a 60-year-old to give the necessary attention to 6-year-olds is not on.
