CAPE RUGBY TV WILL BE IN LA MOTTE FOR THE FIRST TIME 💥

They will be catching up with our coaches and players to come see the progress for themselves.

It's a good day for La Motte Sports this morning.

We have just received our order of 6 Sports Grabber Medical Kits and 2 fully equipped Trauma Boards to ensure our clubs are compliant with the safety regulations in their respective sports codes.

We are also proud of the 4 Members of our clubs who successfully completed their Emergency First Aid Responder courses that was facilitated by Franschhoek CPF, Western Cape Metro EMS & Emergency Medicine Cape Town in June.

What an inspirational story.

We are so blessed to have our health and ability to do sports.

Some take take the blessing of good health for granted and don't appreciate being able to move freely and being able to practice, train & play.

Next time when you enter the sports facilities or report for training sessions, be greatful and give your best. Be disciplined and do your sessions with a positive attitude.

For some who love sports, their ability to do what they love on the field has ended and they would do anything to return to the game.

Let's appreciate our ability to participate and encourage participation in sports

Neem kennis dat alle sport fasiliteite gesluit is tot verdere kennisgewing weens die toename in Kovid19 gevalle.

Ons verwelkom hierdie besluit en moedig ons sport persone aan om op hulle eie innoverende maniere te vind om hul kondisie te handhaaf waarvoor hulle die afgelope paar maande hard aan gewerk het.

Wees verantwoordelik in hierdie tydperk en probeer sosiale byeenkomste tot n minimum te hou.

Ons sien uit om al ons sport klubs binnekort terug te verwelkom op ons velde, wees veilig, dra u masker, sanitize u hande gereeld en handhaaf 1.5m sosiale distansieëring.

Two members of the La Motte Sport Council, Alrenzo Phillips & Brian Jacobs, with Justin Jacobs painted the house of one of our residents as an act of care.

We encourage all our members to also try and help someone in need. It doesn't have to be big. Every good deed will help us to uplift our community and build The La Motte Family.
