After 90 days of lockdown in South Africa, the gyms are still closed. The season has shifted and it's cold - late sunrises and early sunsets make it harder to get outdoors to exercise! Are you looking forward to the much anticipated re-opening of gyms? Or have you set yourself up with a home wellness castle? Do you have a new favorite way of training digitally? Thinking about any sport, exercise or physical activity you have not been able to do during lockdown, what, if anything, are you most looking forward to resuming once the restrictions are lifted?
