Run/Walk for Life is a walking / running group. We meet 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 17h00 at the Fish Hoek Hockey and Cricket Club in nelson Road. From the end of April we normally start a bit earlier at 16h00 or 16h30 because it gets dark quicker. Vitality members earn points for each walk they do. This is a fun and social way to exercise, the members are wonderful and frien

dly and are serious about their walking and running. Each day a route of 5km or just a bit more is done. Various routes are planned to prevent boredom. And the best thing is that you are not walking alone which alleviates any safety risk. All welcome to join. Should you be interested feel free to pop in the Fish Hoek Hockey and⁹ Cricket Club the
scheduled evenings, you will not miss the members in their bright shirts who can show you where the Manager is, we would love to meet you and tell you more about the club.

Run/Walk For Life members exercise in supervised groups of similar ability, meaning that you will not find yourself being pushed too hard, or battling to keep up with members who are fitter than you. Similarly, you will not spend your exercise sessions having to wait for members who are slower than you – you will exercise with a group of members who have similar fitness levels and abilities to yours. Personal supervision allows Run/Walk For Life members to exercise in a safe and social environment.

Run/Walk for Life welcomes both pro athletes and novices and inspires them to reach their specific goals.
