โ€ฆNo injection can teach us discipline, consistency, portion control, strength training or the joy of movement. Thatโ€™s why I believe in the beauty of earning your progress, and that losing weight is never the whole story.

I have seen ordinary women transform their lives without miracle drugs. Not because they were perfect. Not because they never struggled. But because they showed up. Again, and again. They had patience, and believed health is something you build, one choice at a time.

After all these years, I still believe in the slow road. Itโ€™s hard, but it works.

I believe in strength training, in dancing, in stepping, in Rebounding, in mindfulness, and showing up even on the days you donโ€™t feel like it. I believe in nourishing your body, and I believe that health is not something you inject.

It is something you build. One workout. One meal. One choice. One day at a time.

I have never seen a dumbbell ask for a prescription, consistency doesnโ€™t come in a syringe, and I know of no medication that improves your balance, teaches you discipline, creates friendships, and makes you laugh until your abs hurt.

But I do know a fitness class that does!

Before you even begin to read this, I want to make one thing very clear: I am not a doctor, endocrinologist, or medical expert. I am simply a fitness trainer who has spent many years working closely with people who want to lose weight, improve their health, and feel better in their own bodies. My [....

session proved that
a yoga block and loopband are more than enough to challenge the body and awaken muscles you didn't even know existed!
Strength isn't always
about lifting more โ€“
it's about moving with intention, embracing the discomfort,

In my wildste drome het ek nooit kon d**k dat Simon my inspirasie vir โ€˜n skryfstuk sou word nie. Goedige, vriendelike Simon, wat die afgelope paar maande amper net so baie tyd by die studio deurgebring het as ek. Simon het die studio eiehandig geverf, van hoek tot kant, van elke gleufie in die sinkplaatdak tot elke stukkie pallisade, elke muurtjie en hoekie en elke pilaar. Hy het gistermiddag klaargemaak, en ek moet sรช, die studio lyk asemrowend mooi!

Een Dinsdagoggend na klas sien ek โ€˜n gesig doer deur die hoรซ hortjiesvenster; ek dog eers dis โ€˜n spook. Toe nie. Dis Simon. Ek drafstap om die gebou en roep: โ€œSimon, jy moet asseblief net nie daar afval nie.โ€ โ€œMadamโ€, sรช Simon glimlaggend. โ€œAs dit my tyd is om te val, sal ek val.โ€
