โฆNo injection can teach us discipline, consistency, portion control, strength training or the joy of movement. Thatโs why I believe in the beauty of earning your progress, and that losing weight is never the whole story.
I have seen ordinary women transform their lives without miracle drugs. Not because they were perfect. Not because they never struggled. But because they showed up. Again, and again. They had patience, and believed health is something you build, one choice at a time.
After all these years, I still believe in the slow road. Itโs hard, but it works.
I believe in strength training, in dancing, in stepping, in Rebounding, in mindfulness, and showing up even on the days you donโt feel like it. I believe in nourishing your body, and I believe that health is not something you inject.
It is something you build. One workout. One meal. One choice. One day at a time.
I have never seen a dumbbell ask for a prescription, consistency doesnโt come in a syringe, and I know of no medication that improves your balance, teaches you discipline, creates friendships, and makes you laugh until your abs hurt.
But I do know a fitness class that does!
