A moment for our warrior woman Qesh Nhiza Mzola.

Just casually showing up and killing it at the Sub 4:20 Icons Journey bus this past weekend at the Buffs Marathon organised by Chillie Runners. Qesh, the way you move with such quiet power and determination, sisi, we see you and we are so proud.

Happy from the legendary club yase Ngcobo 🔴⚪

Last weekend was the stuff of dreams. Our warrior men and wonder women, our army of red and white, went out there and reminded everyone why we believe in them so deeply. Abantu bethu esibheja ngabo showed up strong and they are coming home with medals to prove it.

We are proud. So incredibly proud. Kubo! Hambani ningemi! 🏅🔥

Vince Loqo came out and reminded everyone why we don't play. 42km in 2:50:02. 36th overall. 11th in his category. Lomfo did not come to spectate.

Taka Dopla ran his fastest marathon EVER. 3:27:08. Fastest 10 miles lifetime. Fastest 30K lifetime. PRs stacked on PRs. Kubo!

And the girls? The girls came dressed in red and white and left with medals around their necks.

Qesh Nhiza Mzola crossed that finish line in 4:19:52 with a 6:08/km pace and had the audacity to smile like she wasn't just out there conquering 42km. Hands on hips. Medal on chest. Unbothered. We love to see it.

Sinovuyo Siya Helen Marola finished in 4:38:00, 20th in her category, 108th out of 219 women. She showed up, she showed out, and she brought the red and white home.
