Nothing more Satisfying than that last REP and finishing your Workout after giving it your all. It's a war with the weights for sure. The ability to achieve something you never thought possible. For me as a Trainer the most Satisfying part of what I do is seeing my client's achieve things they never thought possible.

Improving with every Workout, every movement with better form. And when you get that message from a client thanking you for the difference you've made in their lives, now that is probably the most mayor achievement for me as their Coach & Mentor.

No words could ever describe how much I absolutely love what I do and the difference I make, nomatter how small. So today and everyday going forward I will continue going to war with the weight with my clients.
