"I AM 99% CERTAIN WE SHOULD COME OUT VICTORIOUS."

Shebeshxt appeared once again at the Polokwane Regional Court, where his case involving 20 charges was postponed to 10 July for a pre-trial conference.

Speaking outside court, Shebeshxt’s lawyer, , explained that the postponement was partly to allow them to appoint an advocate who will take the matter forward.

"I wouldn't want to take on the trial and only delay the matter because my diary doesn't look quite good."

The lawyer explained that the final decision on the advocate would belong to Shebeshxt himself.

"It mustn't be my choice. I can recommend, but he must make the final choice because that person will be responsible for advancing his interests."

But the biggest moment came when the lawyer was asked about the appeal matter currently before the High Court.

"Before taking the practice, as a lawyer, I don't just do what clients want. I advise clients based on the merits of the case."

Then he made a bold statement:

"Where it is pending, I am 99% certain that we should come out victorious."

He also revealed that if things do not go well at the High Court, they are prepared to continue fighting.

"He has already told me that if it doesn't go well there, there is still the Supreme Court appeal, and there's still the Constitutional Court."

The legal battle surrounding Shebeshxt continues to grow, and supporters are now watching closely to see whether the courts will eventually grant him bail.

During the bail proceedings, the judge reportedly questioned why clients were not refunded after performances could not happen, especially if the person who allegedly received the money was not the one arrested.

Questions are now being raised around who exactly is responsible for the bookings and payments, whether it is Shebeshxt himself, Kholofelo, or the company behind the brand.

Some observers are now saying the problems surrounding Shebe are becoming bigger and more complicated, especially with different promoters reportedly claiming large amounts of money for bookings and deposits.

But on the other side, many supporters still believe Shebeshxt deserves patience and trust.

People are saying he owes money, yes, but many also believe that once he returns and stabilises his situation, he will honour the bookings and attend the gigs that were affected.

We have seen artists recover from difficult moments before and still fulfil their promises to supporters and promoters.

At the end of the day, the truth will eventually reveal itself through the legal process.

For now, maybe the best thing is to allow the courts to do their work while giving everyone involved a fair chance to explain themselves properly.

The Shebeshxt story is no longer just about music.
It has now become a story about pressure, fame, business, loyalty and consequences.

What do you think, should promoters wait for him to recover and return, or should refunds happen immediately?

It is with profound regret that we announce to the Celta family that an agreement has been reached to part ways with Coach Lucas Mau-Mau, who served as a co-coach in our regional division. Lucas has been an integral part of our technical team, making significant contributions to our team's success, and we wish him all the best as he pursues personal projects. Holding a License B certification, Lucas brings extensive youth experience. Qamagu Tata

It took me 45 minutes to be persuaded that he is not a left back, but a number 10.

We made the positional switch in the second half and it yielded dividends as "Yoyo" won us the penalty which was converted to make it 1-1.

🚨 PRETORIA LODGE DRAMA 🚨

Police were called yesterday at a lodge in Pretoria after two 14-year-olds (a boy and a girl) walked in asking for a room for the night.

Staff clocked the ages, panicked, and did the right thing called the cops immediately. In a small bag police were shocked to find R700 , a pack of c o n d o m s , mpesu and peanuts. The young couple meant bussines .

This is not “young love”.
This is parental failure, social media madness, and kids growing up way too fast.

Soon people from nearby houses were called to identify the kids . While some were angry at the lodge staff for denying kids enjoyment others applauded the staff for doing the right thing by calling the police.

What do you think ?
