The Budoshin style of Ju Jitsu is a modern style which has evolved to a complete self defence system, training the student to deal with almost any attack, including attacks by more than one assailant, defences against knife attacks, and attacks and defences using a stick. At the higher grades the qualified student is trained in the traditional weapons of Japan, the stances and striking poses improve the student's overall ability, agility, reflexes and builds muscle memory.
