As another incredible season comes to a close, ECSA gathered to celebrate our End of Season Prize Giving, recognising the many outstanding achievements earned throughout the year on our journey to being crowned Club Champions for the season.
We were especially privileged to be joined by one of ECSA's founding members, Bradley Young, and his wife Tarryn, who travelled all the way from Australia to share in this special occasion. Having them with us made the evening even more memorable.
Congratulations to every angler who earned one of the many prestigious awards on offer. Your hard work, dedication and commitment throughout the season have truly paid off.
To those who may not have achieved the results you were hoping for this season, keep pushing forward and stay committed. The next season is just around the corner, bringing with it new opportunities, new challenges, new memories, and every chance to achieve your goals.

One of the world’s greatest natural phenomenons is in full swing along the South African coastline,the annual Sardine Run. 🐟🌊
This incredible migration draws an array of predators right into the shoreline, creating absolute chaos in the surf and unforgettable moments for anglers brave enough to take on some of the ocean’s greatest adversaries.
A few ECSA anglers didn’t miss the opportunity, stepping up to the challenge and experiencing the raw power, excitement, and unpredictability that makes the Sardine Run so legendary.
This is more than fishing... it’s nature at its wildest. 🎣🔥

The weather finally opened a window, and the ECSA anglers wasted no time making the most of it. 🌊🎣
From the rocks to the water, the guys grabbed the opportunity with both hands and turned it into an unforgettable session, landing some quality catches along the way. After weeks of rough conditions, it was incredible to see the passion, dedication, and excitement back in full force.
This is what it’s all about..chasing the moments, embracing the challenge, and making memories with a line in the water and good company beside you. 💪🔥

Final league. Final push. Final stand. 🌊🔥
Gale-force winds howling… heavy seas rolling… conditions that tested every ounce of grit and determination. But that’s what defines ECSA ...when it gets tough, we show up anyway.
Every angler stepped onto that shoreline one last time this season and gave it absolutely everything. No excuses. No backing down. Just pure heart, passion, and respect for the ocean.
This wasn’t just another league, it was a statement. A reminder of how far we’ve come, how hard we’ve worked, and the brotherhood that stands strong no matter the conditions.
Season done… but the fire burns on.
