This past weekend we proudly hosted the Eastern Cape Provincial Championships at Stirling Primary School, featuring exciting competition across Biathle, Triathle, and Laser Run — and what an incredible weekend it was! 🔥

Whether you’re new to the sport or looking to strengthen your fundamentals, this is an excellent learning resource for athletes, parents, and coaches.

🏹 UIPM - World Pentathlon has released a helpful YouTube tutorial series on the basics of shooting using a laser simulator. The link below is Episode 1 of 7, focusing on key concepts to help build confidence and consistency on the range.
