It’s a funny thing about CrossFit. You walk in on day one just trying to survive the workout, barely catching the names of the people in your heat. At first, they’re just "the heavy lifter," "the fast runner," or "the person who always finishes first."

​But then, the months turn into years.

​You spend hours together in the suffering through the same WODs, cheering each other on through that final rep, and grabbing post-workout coffee when you’re too tired to move. Somewhere between the chalk dust and the loud music, those "gym acquaintances" turned into the people who know your goals, your struggles, and your heart.
​They’re the ones who show up when life gets heavy outside the gym, too.

The Open results are in, and these athletes are officially Quarterfinals bound. Making the top 25% worldwide is a massive achievement, and honestly, we couldn’t be prouder of the grit and heart they showed in every workout.

Over 3 weeks, athletes all over the world take on the same workouts, compare scores globally and push for personal bests.
