Whether you are a walker, social runner, beginner or experienced runner, I will help you achieve your goals.

You also have the option of online training if you don’t live in the area or if you are cautious about COVID-19 and prefer solo runs. Improve your running and reach your goals with your very own tailored and structured training program and coach. All programs are created with your abilities and goals in mind as well as applying scientific training principles. I will be with you every step of the w

ay to monitor your training, recovery, nutrition and provide you with regular training feedback. I assist everyone from walkers, social, beginners and experienced runners achieve their goals and avoid common training errors, such as over-running, not including enough rest and recovery time, pacing in a race and reminding them when to change shoes. I also offer online training for those who either don’t live in the area or if you are still cautious about COVID-19 and prefer solo runs. You can choose between standard programs or tailored training programs based on your goals and fitness levels and the chance to work closely with a coach on a regular basis.

😴 How important is rest? 😴 Rest and recovery plays an important part in an exercise program as it allows the body time to repair and strengthen itself in between workouts. 💪🏼 It also allows you to recover, both physically and mentally. 🧠

👉🏼 Whether you're a weight lifter, runner, cyclist, the body's muscles need to recover from any damage they've sustained during workouts, and to allow them to grow and recover.

This is what you need to tell yourself every day!
Work is tough, we get home and we sit down... Don't sit down or take clothes with you to work and run from the office if you can.

Otherwise find a running buddy so you dont' have an excuse to not run!

😎 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱?

👉🏽 Why not try a 400m session. If you can, go to your local track or try and find a flat road or even a rugby field. (I always try and run on a field somewhere)

👉🏽 Speed sessions makes you fitter, increases the range of movement in your joints, makes you more comfortable at all speeds, and it will ultimately help you to run harder for longer.

This is a general session and NOT specific to anyone. Always warm up and run to your abilities.

It's easy to put your shoes on and go for a run / walk... But pushing past your limits needs a bit more than just strong muscles. Healthy mind and healthy body!

😎 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧! 😴

Remember it's important to rest. If you're a newbie runner then take a day or 2 off between runs for your body to recover and get use to what's going on 🙈

And if you're an experienced runner then make your rest days either one day of no running or make that day your "chill run" day... And easy run.
