Such a lovely exposure exercise that can even be done at home in the bath 🛁

Putting your eyes in the water can be a bit of a daunting challenge for our beginner swimmers so letting them be in charge of the process really get their confidence up 🤩

@ all parents of LTS children give this one a try at home sometime 🤩
