Don't mess with these kids! Besides their regular Goju-Ryu dojo training, Daniel & Jenna McIntyre have been awarded Provincial Colours for shooting. Besides both of them cleaning up the local competition (Proooooo---vince! :-) ), Jenna achieved 1st place nationally in the under-14 division.

Well done to both of you!!!

(Tip for burglars: Don't try to break into this home - it will get messy. :-o :-) )

We had great training this weekend with Kyoshi Atilla and Shihan Regi, both from Hungary. Participants came from Budapest, Pretoria, Durban, Boston (USA), Durban, Milnerton, Rondebosch, Plettenberg Bay, Helderberg, and Durbanville. It was lovely to train with old friends again.
