Dead XXSL power meter.
Obviously we took it apart to see what happened.
Culprit: A loose screw causing the power supply to rotate- not ideal.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the damage was irreversible and we couldn't save this one.

Lesson: Moenie jou skroefie verloor nie 😅
