You’re such a nurturer, you love giving gift and making cards. Those close to you you love with so much passion and your sister is your hero ❤️you’re the best hugger and you give the best cuddles, you’ve taught me how to be affectionate and so much more!
Turning 5 has been the day you have been waiting for and I hope it’s been as magical as you are my Cari 🧚🏻‍♂️

Two Oceans weekend 2023…

And this time I took on the Ultra Marathon. My first step past marathon distance and I loved every moment of it!
Truly THE most beautiful marathon in the world and what a privilege it was to run it.
I might just be hooked to this one now 🤪
I happened to bag a Sainsbury medal which I was totally unaware of until my family let me know when I got home ❤️

Today I went through to support, such a treat watching the top runners come in and to be apart of the incredible vibe that the Two Oceans supporters bring 🙌
Well done to and for completely smashing the half marathon!!!💪

Holiday training 💪 \\

I love Pilates, running and my dancing.
I’ve never been a lover of high intensity and weight training, but this holiday in St Francis I fell in love with classes! What a gem of a trainer 💪
Simple, TOUGH, structured, effective and oh so FUN!
I have never attended a strength class quite like this before.
I do think the consistency of Pilates and the fitness that I’ve build up with long distance running has helped make this kind of workout feel good, strong and supported!

I always love visiting St Francis, now I have one more reason to love it a little more❤️

Winelands Marathon 🙌\\

My first Winelands Marathon and what a treat it was!
The most beautiful route and I managed to get a marathon PB👏
