Hi everyone, here is something about myself.... to take you back in time! from a very young age sport fitness were certainly a passion of mine. as a result i found myself constantly training and completing in sports like athletics,hockey and netball. throughout my school career sport were my life, but as an adult i quickly realized that there's just no time anymore between long hours of work and
eating junk food due to the lack of time, so i lost focus and as another result i ended up taking the wrong path, and gain a lot of weight. as many women/girls may know , all the weight i gained went straight to my thighs,waist and arms, which made me feel even more discouraged and my self esteem take a big knock. I thought it was the end but i was wrong, something amazing happen i got the opportunity to study for personal trainer. finally my purpose in life came back and i realize it's never to late to take back control of my life., but it was not easy at all. i struggle with coping with different diets, feeling sore of all the exercising and it leave me feeling hopeless and demotivated. throughout my study time i start to learn of all the mistakes even i and all of us do when we started a new workout program and diet and hit me that with all this knowledge i gain i just could not keep it to myself. So.... please join me and let me guide you to success and the best you can be. Exercising can be fun and it will be and learning by eating healthy can change your life.
