Do you want to get in shape or lose those stubborn few kg’s or just wants to feel fit and fabulous then FitMOM100 is for YOU. We believe in a healthy body creates a healthy mind, soul and spirit. Our focus is to educate moms on good nutrition, a balanced lifestyle and to enjoy fun fitness. A one hour workout is 4% of your day, you owe it to yourself. Join our group HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) and become part of mommies who balance motherhood and fitness.

Movement with meaning has truly changed my mornings for the better. 🤍

Two months ago, I started Fit with B for women who want to align movement and time with God together.

The scripture that spoke deeply to my heart was Psalm 5:3

"In the morning, Lord, You hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before You and wait expectantly."

This verse inspired me so much. Why the morning? Because it’s the time of day before the distractions begin — a moment to connect with God, move our bodies, and set the tone for the day ahead.

So ladies, join the movement. ✨

It will take commitment.
It will take discipline.
It will take sisterhood.

But it will be worth it.

💪 Our 40 min Fit with B sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30am, live on Zoom and inside our private Facebook group.

For only R299 per month, you can join me.

All you need:
• 2kg dumbbells
• A mat
• A notebook

Our sessions are a combination of strength, cardio, mobility and agility💥

Why? Because movement does more than strengthen your body, it releases feel-good hormones. BUT when we start our mornings with exercise, scripture, prayer, and community, something truly shifts.

After 10 years of training women, especially moms, transform their bodies, mind and souls. I’m stepping into a new chapter.

What began as FitMom100 has grown into something new.

It is for every woman, not just moms!

FitMom100 has evolved into Fit with B, online fitness space for every woman who wants to start her day rooted in God and strengthened through a great fitness session.

Train with me twice a week at 5:30am (40 min) from anywhere in the comfort of your own space.

Through my brand, FitMom100, I witnessed powerful physical changes, but even more powerful spiritual awakenings.💫

Over time God has placed a bigger vision on my heart. What began as FitMom100 has grown into something deeper.
