She felt ‘wonkey’ on the bike and struggled with power! She had been to many bike fitters in the past but still didn’t feel 100% on the bike.
A simple evaluation showed that her left tibia(lower leg) was much shorter than her right and looking from behind she was leaning excessively to the left.
Solution: We inserted a shim under her left shoe and voalá! She sat straight on her saddle, her watts increased and she felt confident on the bike!
