The first time I stepped onto a yoga mat, way back when I was 50 years old, I knew yoga was going to be part of my life. I started teaching yoga 4 years ago. I teach Hatha yoga along the Iyengar style of teaching. My teaching message is simple…

No competition...

Just do the best you can with your body and be content and grateful for what your are able to achieve. My classes are

for men and women, young and old, beginners to those with more experience. Weekly Schedule:

Monday and Wednesday evening 5.30pm -6.30pm
Windsor Park Tennis Club.
53 James Henderson Cres. Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8am--9am. Morningside Sports Club.
132 Hollander Cres. Morningside. Tuesday and Thursday evenings. 5.30pm -6.30pm. Methodist Church. Cnr of Musgrave rd & St Thomas rd. Rates 2022

2 classes per week (8 per month @ R80 per class) R640 for the month.
1 class a week (4 per month @ R90/ per class) R360 for the month. Drop in classR100/ class. Payment Eft Capitic Acc: 1807177473
Or pay cash on the day

I shall put out an online class tomorrow. Sorry I cant give an exact starting time.
Finding the balance in each asana (posture).
Balance of mind, body and breath.
Each asana must be comfortable for your body. It then starts to become a mindful, meditation in action.
Side stretches, twists and forward bends this week.
