Radley Dorasamy last years I got to coach this young man and he became the East Coast Classic under 70kg champion. Great shape and if he continues chasing after a bodybuilding career he'll be a force to reckon with.

These are most of the shows I remember doing. There could be more I missed out, but it looks like so far. I've done 30 some shows with a lot of ups and downs. That's about 17 years of bodybuilding thus far. How's ur experience???

Sneak peak. 2 weeks out to the So far it's been a good smooth prep. This year I took my training up a notch and pushed like no other. the work isn't over but this is the final push and I get to be on stage and meet some of the fellow pros.

So a lot of friends have asked me to share some recipes. in or out of prep I make a lot of my meals into chutneys. it could be meat or vegetables but this would be my basic way of making it. hopefully it's helpful. let me know your thought.
